第二次烘烤餅乾,具備了一切烘烤的需要!
這次的餅乾看起來比較美,烘烤時也比較容易嘍~ :)

以下是修改過的Betty Crocker的食譜.請享用!:)

Chocolate Chip Cookies
From Betty Crocker cookie mix.

Ingredients
  1. 1 pouch of Betty Crocker Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
  2. 1/2 cup of vegetable oil (replacement for butter)
  3. 1 egg
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 190 degrees C (or 175 degrees C for dark or non-stick cookie sheet).
  2. Stir softened butter and egg in a medium bowl.
  3. Stir in cookie mix until soft dough forms.
  4. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto cookie sheet.
  5. Bake for 8-11 minutes for shiny metal cookie sheet or 7-9 minutes for dark or non-stick cookie sheet. Alternatively, note for light golden brown edges for readiness of cookie.
  6. Cool 1 minute before removing from cookie sheet.
  7. Cool completely before storing into airtight container.
Notes
  1. For the original recipe from Betty Crocker, it’s included in the cookie mix pouch when you buy it. 🙂
  2. The cookie mix contains wheat, milk, egg and soy ingredients. So for those with allergies, do take note.
