第一次做餅乾的經驗!

她家裡最近賣了一架新的烤箱. 由於家裡舊的烤箱壞了,賣了這架新可以調溫度,所以就可以烘烤嘍! 一直以來她都很想學烘烤,所以這次機會來了!(開心)

峰輿她到了Cold Storage超市區逛一逛,偶然看到了烘烤的材料. 她心想,家裡的烤箱應該可以烘烤,便買了烘烤的一包預備好的材料.

就在一個她生病康復的星期六,峰過來探望她. 她心想峰會無聊,便想:”不如我們烘烤吧!” 就這樣,他們就開始準備嘍~

對攝影有興趣的她,當然不會放過能拍下烘烤過程的機會嘍! 現在就讓照片代替文字,敘述烘烤的過程吧!*嘻嘻*

Double Chocolate Chunk Cookie
From Betty Crocker cookie mix.

Ingredients
  1. 1 pouch of Betty Crocker Double Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix
  2. 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
  3. 2 tbsp of water
  4. 1 egg
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 175 degrees C.
  2. Stir cookie mix, oil, water and egg in a medium bowl until dough forms. If dough is too stiff, stir in additional 1 to 2 teaspoons of water.
  3. Drop dough by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart onto cookie sheet.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes for shiny metal cookie sheet or 7-9 minutes for dark or non-stick cookie sheet. Alternatively, note that the cookies have set by observing the soft centers.
  5. Cool 1 minute before removing from cookie sheet.
  6. Cool completely before storing in airtight container.
Notes
  1. For the original recipe from Betty Crocker, it’s included in the cookie mix pouch when you buy it. 🙂
  2. The cookie mix contains wheat, milk, egg and soy ingredients. So for those with allergies, do take note.
